Belgium – Accommodation, building and window cleaning services – Raamovereenkomst voor het uitvoeren van resultaatsgerichte en duurzame glazenwasserijdiensten

Framework agreement for the performance of results-oriented and sustainable window cleaning services for the school, administrative and technical buildings of the Autonoom Gemeentebedrijf Stedelijk Onderwijs Antwerpen (AG SO). The services are to be carried out in accordance with a work programme determined in advance and by mutual agreement, to be discussed between the contractor and the leading official of AG SO. After assignment of the contract, the contractor is expected to take all necessary preparations to ensure smooth, efficient and high-quality service delivery throughout the duration of this contract, in consultation with the leading official. AG SO assumes a proactive and quality-oriented attitude from the contractor. The contract includes various types of buildings, such as administrative, technical and school buildings. Other activities may also be housed in the buildings, such as (after-school) childcare, cultural centre, administrative services, etc. The buildings are located in the municipality of Antwerp, with some buildings in Brasschaat, Borsbeek and Burcht.
