The subject of the public procurement is the supply of a new PACS (Picture Archiving and Communication System) solution for Nemocnice Znojmo and its expansion with new components and the supply of necessary hardware equipment for the operation of the entire solution. This solution will ensure the distribution and controlled secure access to medical imaging documentation from anywhere via the internet and sharing of image data both within the hospital and with external workers and other specialist facilities in the time needed to provide quality healthcare. The subject of the contract also includes the supply of necessary hardware infrastructure, system software and workstations for the operation of the information system. Furthermore, the subject of the contract also includes the provision of support services. The detailed specification of the subject of the public procurement, including technical conditions in the details necessary for the processing of the bid, is given in the annexes to the tender documentation. Annex No. 4 of the tender documentation (containing specific data of selected departments) contains confidential information. The contracting authority will provide the relevant part of the tender documentation to the suppliers in accordance with Section 36(8) of the Public Procurement Act (ZZVZ) in conjunction with Section 96(2) of the ZZVZ only upon request and against the submission of a signed confidentiality agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "NDA").
