The subject of the contract is the supply of laboratory equipment in accordance with the technical requirements specified by the Contracting Authority, as set out in the “Technical Requirements” constituting Annex No. 6 to the SWZ. The Contracting Authority reserves the right to cancel the procurement procedure in full or in respect of individual parts (tasks), pursuant to Article 257 of the Pzp Act, if the public funds which the Contracting Authority intended to allocate for the financing of the whole or part of the contract are not granted to it.
