Guldborgsund Municipality is establishing a dynamic purchasing system (DPS) for the tendering and awarding of tasks for winter services with suitable vehicles on class 2, 3 and 4 roads in the municipality. The purpose of establishing the DPS is to give businesses the opportunity to apply for inclusion in the DPS and then, as an approved participant, to be able to bid on the contracting authority's tenders for winter services with suitable vehicles on the routes in the municipality designated as class 2, 3 and 4 roads. Winter services shall support accessibility and safety on the transport areas for all in periods with weather conditions that result in icy roads and snowfall. Winter services on the municipality's class 2, 3 and 4 roads include anti-icing and snow clearing with suitable vehicles on carriageways, including parking lots, bus stops and similar in Guldborgsund Municipality. The work shall be carried out according to the contracting authority's instructions in the period 1 October – 30 April. Class 2 and partly class 3 roads are primarily cleared between 5 am and 8 pm, while clearing of class 4 roads is carried out within normal working hours. Guldborgsund Municipality's "Regulations on Winter Services" contains further specification of when and in what order snow clearing and anti-icing shall be initiated and carried out. The supplier shall carry out the tasks with suitable vehicles and personnel. Winter services shall, as a starting point, be carried out with the contracting authority's ploughing and salting equipment. The winter services shall be carried out in accordance with the "Regulations on Winter Maintenance" currently in force in Guldborgsund Municipality. The individual routes will be tendered as contracts with a duration of at least one year. The individual contract may have a maximum duration of four years.
