To cover the responsibilities that may arise from various risks associated with municipal activities, the following coverage is envisaged: Material damage that may affect real and personal property owned by the municipality, as well as those used by the Corporation, regardless of the legal title that legitimises their use; Civil and patrimonial liability of the City Council; Civil liability of authorities and staff serving the corporation; Liability arising from the use and circulation of motor vehicles owned by the municipality; Risks of accidents involving the City Council's staff and elected officials; Accidents that users of the municipal swimming pool, coworking space and nursery may suffer; Coverage relating to the legal defence of the City Council of Cassà de la Selva and Cyber risk insurance (cyber-risks) affecting the corporation.
