Helsingin Satama Oy is launching a tender for the framework agreement for building design services. The framework agreement and the tasks to be carried out through it are divided into seven (7) sub-areas as follows: Sub-area 1: Architectural and principal design Sub-area 2: Structural design Sub-area 3: Geotechnical design Sub-area 4: Foundation design Sub-area 5: LVIA design Sub-area 6: Electrical design Sub-area 7: Design coordination. The duration of the contract to be tendered in each sub-area is four (4) years (2027-2030), and the contract can be extended for two (2) two-year option periods (first option period 2031-2032 and second option period 2033-2034). The content of the framework agreement and the tasks included in it are described in more detail in the tender documents. The bidder may offer one or more sub-areas. At least five (5) service providers will be selected for each sub-area, if possible, based on the tenders received. The contracting entity reserves the right to select fewer than the above-mentioned number of service providers per sub-area if fewer than the minimum number of tenders meeting the requirements are received in the tendering process. The bidder may be a single company or a consortium of multiple companies. Each bidder or consortium may submit only one tender. Concurrent tenders are not acceptable. Each company may be a member of only one consortium.
