France – Coaches – Acquisition d'autocars à motorisation diesel et à gabarit réduit pour le transport interurbain de voyageurs destinés aux pouvoirs adjudicateurs Bénéficiaires de la CATP

The framework agreement concerns the acquisition of diesel-engined, reduced-height coaches for interurban passenger transport. The "Goods", within the present framework agreement, refer to the new vehicles as specified in the Technical and Financial Specifications (CCTPF) of the framework agreement. They are intended for the Beneficiaries of the CATP, in their capacity as contracting authorities as defined in Article L1211-1 of the Public Procurement Code (CCP).
