The scope of the services is a framework agreement for the manufacture and supply of (planned quantity) 50,000 small remote control devices by a manufacturing service provider. The manufacture includes: • the procurement of the printed circuit board • the procurement of the components • the assembly and testing of the assembly • the definition of an End-Of-Line test in agreement with the AG and the setup of a test apparatus • the execution of the End-Of-Line test • the installation of the assembly into the housing provided by the client • the printing of the operating instructions • the packaging of the device • the delivery of the devices on pallets.
