Germany – IT services: consulting, software development, Internet and support – Klarstellende Änderungsbekanntmachung: Digitalisierung der Arbeitsschutzverwaltung in Nordrhein-Westfalen

The contracting authority makes the following clarifying changes compared to the original notice:

361104-2025 CLARIFICATION 1: Location of the text to be corrected: Section 2.1

Instead of: "The State of North Rhine-Westphalia (State of NRW) wants to digitalise and standardise occupational health and safety administration. To achieve this goal, the State of NRW is tendering an occupational health and safety digitalisation contract. Subsequently, the contractor must develop, set up and maintain a cloud-based specialist application in the sense of Software as a Service (SaaS) for the digitalisation of the tasks of the occupational health and safety administration of NRW. Optionally and subject to the contracting authority's interim decision on actual implementation, the contractor must also supply the end devices required for this purpose. Furthermore, the State of NRW offers the other federal states of the Federal Republic of Germany and the Federal Republic of Germany the opportunity to access the corresponding services of the contractor. For this purpose, the State of NRW is tendering an occupational health and safety digitalisation contract, on the basis of which the entitled parties may subsequently commission the contractor with services for the digitalisation of their own occupational health and safety administration as required. This allows the entitled parties to call up the services without an additional formal tendering procedure. Further entitled parties are: - Federal Republic of Germany - State of Baden-Württemberg - Free State of Bavaria - State of Berlin - State of Brandenburg - Free Hanseatic City of Bremen - Free and Hanseatic City of Hamburg - State of Hesse - State of Mecklenburg-Vorpommern - State of Lower Saxony - State of Rhineland-Palatinate - Saarland - Free State of Saxony - State of Saxony-Anhalt - State of Schleswig-Holstein - Free State of Thuringia."

CLARIFICATION 2: Location of the text to be corrected: Sections 2.1.1 and 5.1.1

CLARIFICATION 3: Location of the text to be corrected: Section 5.1

Instead of: "[...] In the further course of the project, the contractor must - optionally and subject to the contracting authority's interim decisions on actual implementation - provide the services required for the setup and development of the specialist application and supply the required end devices. [...] Furthermore, the contractor must - optionally and subject to the contracting authority's interim decisions on actual implementation - provide services for the further development of the specialist application (e.g. adaptation to new legal framework). In addition, the contractor must - optionally and subject to the contracting authority's interim decisions on actual implementation - supply the required end devices and provide the associated training, maintenance, care and support services. These training, maintenance, care and support services must be provided in German."

It must read: "Options: [...] - Services for the further development of the specialist application as optional services."
