Location of the building: The building is located along Rue Henri Tudor, near the Luxembourg Street in Esch-sur-Alzette. The site is largely flat. The building to be constructed will be freestanding. Building configuration: This is a day-care centre, which will be executed as a two-storey building. The building is to be constructed in modular, largely prefabricated construction. To achieve the shortest possible construction time, a prefabricated construction method is preferred.
