Intended is the procurement of general planning services with the following service scopes: -General planning management, -Building and interior design services for buildings and interiors according to Part 3, Section 1 HOAI, LPH 2, 3, 5-8 and Special Services, -Engineering structure design services according to Part 3 Section 3 HOAI, LPH 2, 3, 5-8, -Traffic facility design services according to Part 3 Section 4 HOAI, LPH 2, 3, 5-8, -Specialist planning services for structural design according to Part 4, Section 1 HOAI, for LPH 2-6 and Special Services LST 4, -Specialist planning services for building services according to Part 4 Section 2 HOAI, for plant groups 1-5 and 8, for LPH 2, 3, 5-8 and Special Services.

Task description: The tender comprises general planning services for the adaptation of the water supply, including the inspection of the Sylvenstal pump station in the Staufer-Kaserne Pfullendorf. The water supply of the Staufer-Kaserne Pfullendorf has been repeatedly affected by microbiological contamination in the past and is therefore to be adapted. For this purpose, a planning concept is to be developed first. A building for the accommodation of the treatment technology is to be newly erected in the feed line. The treatment technology will presumably include a pressure boosting system with downstream water softening (principle: ion exchanger with brine tank and downstream dosing) and UV-C light disinfection. The existing building automation system is to be checked and, if necessary, upgraded to enable remote access to the pump in the existing pump station with the corresponding data exchange. The total costs of the construction project amount to approx. 1,620,000 € gross (estimated costs of cost groups 200-600 according to DIN 276:2018-12).
