France – Architectural, construction, engineering and inspection services – MISSION DE MAITRISE D'OEUVRE POUR LE PROJET DE RENOVATION ENERGETIQUE DE LA BIBLIOTHEQUE UNIVERSITAIRE DU SITE DE GRANDMONT « BATIMENT G ANCIEN »

The project aims to renovate the energy efficiency of the University Library at the Grandmont site "Old Building G". This project is part of the 2021-2027 State-Region Contract, to address the strategic challenges of renovation in accordance with the Tertiary Decree No. 2019-771 of 23 July 2019, which sets out the conditions for the implementation of this measure. It must also comply with the Wood – Bio-sourced Charter, to which the University of Tours has adhered. Through the programming of this energy renovation operation of the University Library at the Grandmont site "Old Building G", the University of Tours aims to achieve the following objectives on the works subject to the project:

• Closure, roofing, insulation: the University of Tours wishes to use bio-sourced materials for this renovation;

• Heating: renovation of heating systems;

• Ventilation: installation of double-flow ventilation, with heat recovery, adapted to uses;

• Lighting: renovation of lighting systems;

• Renewable energies: installation of photovoltaic panels for individual or collective self-consumption, ...

• BMS;

• Beautification work on the parts affected by the closure and roofing work.

At this stage, the financial envelope allocated to the project by the contracting authority is 1,730,000 € HT (November 2025 value) for all works. The selected team will be entrusted by the contracting authority with a building design mission comprising a basic mission in the sense of Book IV of the CCP extended to complementary missions. Basic mission: Schematic Design Studies (submitted as part of the consultation with submission of services), APS, DIA, APD, Building Permit File, PRO, AMT/DCE, VISA, DET, AOR; Complementary missions: SSI, STD/SED, Initial acoustic condition / zero point (PZ); Optional missions (PSEs): Synthesis Studies (SYNTH) and OPC.
