Finland – Transport services (excl. Waste transport) – Helsingin seudun kaupunkipyöräpalvelun hankinta

The City of Espoo, the City of Vantaa, and Pääkaupunkiseudun Kaupunkiliikenne Oy (hereinafter also "KLOY") have, by signing an agreement, agreed on procurement cooperation concerning the procurement of urban cycle services in a so-called procurement ring (hereinafter also the contracting authority or contracting party). The procuring entities participating in the procurement have agreed to cooperate with Helsingin seudun liikenne -kuntayhtymä (HSL) to procure a uniform urban cycle service from the starting points of the Helsinki region. Pääkaupunkiseudun Kaupunkiliikenne Oy is responsible for the technical implementation of the tender on behalf of itself and all the municipalities mentioned in the applications for participation. The subject of the procurement is an urban cycle service. In addition to the delivery of urban cycles and stations, the service to be procured includes their maintenance and upkeep, the transfer of cycles from one station to another, the transfer and storage of cycles and possibly stations in a warehouse and their storage during those months when the cycle system is not in use, the IT system and customer service for the entire contract period. The documents attached to the application for participation (attachments 2-13) are drafts, and they will be supplemented and changed on the basis of the negotiations with the bidders selected for the negotiation procedure. The final invitation to tender and procurement documents will be formed on the basis of these supplements and changes. The documents attached to the application for participation and the preliminary procurement documents have been presented in the procurement document list attached to the application for participation.
