The subject of the contract is the design and execution of the Adaptation of the historic Metal Rolling Mill building along with the development of the surrounding area. As part of the project, the revitalisation and adaptation of the historic building formerly known as the Rolling Mill Hall for new functions, the revitalisation of the building's surroundings, including the clearing of debris and levelling of the terrain, the disposal of hazardous and environmentally harmful materials discovered during earthworks and construction works, the implementation of new internal road infrastructure along with parking, and infrastructure intended for pedestrians (sidewalks, squares), and the implementation of new blue-green infrastructure. The investment is located in the Silesian Voivodeship, Bielsko County, in the municipality of Czechowice-Dziedzice.
