Within the framework of the "Umgestaltung Plärrer" project, the performance of providing an interim storage area for the excavated and to-be-sampled material, as well as the disposal or recycling of the resulting materials, falls under the track construction works in Gleisbühler Str. in Nürnberg. The material to be disposed of from the Plärrer construction site (Track Construction Part 1) will be transported by the separately contracted construction company of the contracting authority (AG) to the interim storage area of the contracting entity (AN) and dumped there according to the instructions of the AN by the construction company of the AG. The creation, securing, and maintenance of the piles on the interim storage area will be carried out by the AN. The piles will be sampled by a separately contracted expert of the AG. Until the declaration results are available, the material must be stored by the AN. Upon handover of the declaration results to the AN, the stored material will pass into the ownership of the AN, and the disposal or recycling of the material must be carried out.
