Belgium – Repair and maintenance services of electrical building installations – Hoogspanningscellen onderhoud

This framework agreement establishes a framework for carrying out maintenance work and interventions on high-voltage installations, specifically:

Maintenance:

- Carrying out the mandatory three-monthly inspection of the cabins at buildings;

- Annual maintenance of the high-voltage cabins (open cells) at depots and maintenance centres; this requires a total shutdown and must take place outside normal working hours, at buildings;

- The five-yearly preventive maintenance of the high-voltage installations (only at tram infrastructure).

Interventions:

- Interventions on high-voltage installations: restoring the installation in urgent conditions with optional switching;

- Planned repairs on high-voltage installations with optional switching.

This contract is a framework agreement with a duration of two years, renewable three times for two years. This contract comprises 2 lots, specifically:

Lot 1 Region: West Flanders - East Flanders - Flemish Brabant West

Lot 2 Region: Antwerp - Limburg - Flemish Brabant East

The delimitation of Flemish Brabant East and West will be specified later. The conclusion of this agreement does not confer any exclusivity with regard to the subject of the contract. De Lijn reserves the right to conclude, at a later date, the same or other contracts with the same subject matter. De Lijn reserves the right, in exceptional cases, to award a subcontract to a contractor outside the framework agreement.
