Supply, implementation, operation, maintenance and further development of a specialist application to support the operational and disposal processes of the city cleaning including winter services of the Osnabrücker Servicebetrieb as a municipal enterprise of the city of Osnabrück. The subject of the procurement is, in particular, a digital solution for deployment and resource planning, personnel and vehicle scheduling, order management, route planning, mobile service recording, documentation, evaluation, and the provision of interfaces to adjacent system landscapes. The application should transfer the currently partly paper-based and decentralised processes into an integrated digital working environment and be expandable to further operational deployment areas in the future.
