Poland – Construction work for buildings relating to leisure, sports, culture, lodging and restaurants – Budowa kompleksu sportowego w miejscowości Juchnowiec Dolny.

The subject of the contract is the construction of a sports complex in the locality of Juchnowiec Dolny, which includes: the construction of a club building with changing room facilities and an ancillary building, the reconstruction of a pitch with a natural grass surface and the construction of a pitch with an artificial turf surface, the construction of a recreational-relaxation canopy, small architectural elements together with site development, the construction of necessary technical infrastructure and the demolition of part of the existing external technical infrastructure, site development and part of the building equipment and structures. The sports complex is designed on land plots no. 76/1, 76/2, 77, 78, cadastral district 200205_2.0016 Juchnowiec Dolny, cadastral unit 200205_2, Białystok County, Podlaskie Voivodeship. On the investment site, there is technical infrastructure in the form of electrical, sanitary, water and telephone installations. Before starting the construction works, all elements colliding with the designed site development elements must be dismantled. The planned demolitions include:

• Demolition of the existing fence between plots 76/2 and 77 cadastral district Juchnowiec Dolny,

• Demolition of fence fragments,

• Demolition of concrete block surface,

• Demolition of the club building,

• Demolition of a steel structure canopy near the club building,

• Demolition of concrete surface for basketball play along with equipment (2 basketball hoops).

On the stadium site, the felling of trees colliding with the planned site development is envisaged.
