This procurement notice replaces the cancelled procurement procedure 2026-055032 (TED number 575032-2026), which had to be cancelled due to a technical ambiguity in the procurement notice that would have prevented the correct drafting of the follow-up notice. The content of the procurement procedure remains unchanged, except for the extended calculation schedule and the simplified description of the reference requirement. The invitation to tender concerns the preparation of condition assessments and current status mapping of properties owned and managed by the contracting entity, as well as the procurement of apartment condition inspections for apartments owned by the contracting entity. The contracting entity wishes to ensure the current condition of the targets and the maintenance needs for the coming years with cost estimates. The procurement also includes the preparation of energy certificates in section 1. The procurement is divided into sections as follows: Section 1: Condition assessments and PTS plans Section 2: Apartment condition inspections and moisture measurements Submissions are accepted on a sectional basis.
