France – Construction work for crematoriums – Concession de service public ayant pour objet le financement, conception, construction, entretien-maintenance et exploitation d’un crématorium sur le territoire de la commune d’Albert.

The present consultation concerns the award of a public service concession contract, subject to the provisions of Articles L. 1411-1 and following of the CGCT and R. 1411-1 and following of the CGCT, as well as to Article L. 1121-3 and the third part of the code de la commande publique. As part of this contract, the Concessionaire will be entrusted with, among other things, the following missions: • the design and construction of the crematorium and its equipment, including a car park and landscaping; • the financing of all the studies and work necessary for the completion of these structures; • the maintenance, upkeep and GER of all the structures completed, as well as the equipment of the service; • the operation of the public service, the equipment of which is the seat. The operation of the service will be the responsibility of the Concessionaire, at its own risk and peril. Its remuneration will come from the revenue of the activities it will be in charge of. The services and all the obligations of the delegate will be the subject of a precise description in the documents of the tender dossier.
