Veikkaus Oy invites tenders for a negotiated procedure for digital signage (DS) services for its own and partner sales outlets, and aims to conclude a framework agreement with a single supplier through the negotiated procedure. Own sales outlets in this tender notice refer to Veikkaus's current Pelisaleja and Casino Helsinki. Partner sales outlets refer to, for example, kiosks, supermarkets, grocery stores, and service stations. The maximum value of the framework agreement, excluding VAT, is 8 000 000 €. The core content of the future services is the functionality and support of Veikkaus's current DS equipment, installed in 2021 and thereafter, in the new service package. All of the current DS equipment in the entire sales network, installed after 2016, will be included in the new solution architecture. The total number of partner sales outlets affected by this service renewal is approximately 1 900 throughout Finland. This procurement will be conducted through a negotiated procedure, the first phase of which is this Call for Competition.
