The subject of the contract is the service of preparing detailed inventory (on-site measurements) of internal roads, walkways, squares, unpaved areas, and green areas located on the cadastral plots managed or administered by the Real Estate Management Department in the Wola District of Warsaw. The detailed description of the subject of the contract is defined in the draft contract clauses, which are an integral part of the SWZ. The contractor is obliged to carry out the contract on the principles and conditions described in the draft contract clauses. The contractor is obliged to have civil liability insurance for the conducted activity, with an insurance sum of not less than 50 000,00 PLN for the entire duration of the contract. The planned distribution of funds in the contract: - 50% of the total gross remuneration in 2027 - 50% of the total gross remuneration in 2028.
