Germany – Architectural, construction, engineering and inspection services – Feuerwehrhaus Bullay mit Räumlichkeiten für die OG

The planned project is a joint initiative of the Verbandsgemeinde Zell (Fire Department) together with the Ortsgemeinde Bullay (Multipurpose Rooms). The construction project is located in the municipality of Bullay (Parcel 9, Parcels 507/17, 507/9, 507/10) in the town centre on Bahnhofstraße and is adjacent to the railway line at the rear. Currently, there is a parking area on parcel 507/17, the existing fire station on parcel 507/9, and a storage building on parcel 507/10. Both buildings are to be demolished and completely removed in advance. The survey of the properties has already taken place. The possibility of a multifunctional building use was examined for the creation of a feasibility study in order to achieve as space-saving a building structure as possible on the available construction site. The feasibility study, as well as further planning documents and a description of the user requirements, are included in the tender documents. The tender documents for the second stage of the procedure will be provided in the draft with the documents for the competition for participation. The contracting authorities expressly point out that, due to the application for grants, there is a particular urgency in the project. For the application for funding within the framework of village renewal or the I-Stock, the contracting authorities require a construction-ready plan (status of performance phase 4) and a cost estimate according to DIN 276 - 3rd level by 30.09.2026 at the latest.
