Consultation launched by a purchasing group. The framework agreement will be executed by the issuance of purchase orders. Each lot will be the subject of a separate award. The services are settled by unit and lump sum prices. The estimated amounts are indicative and include the totality of the renewal periods. The present contract concerns training services in the field of prevention, with the aim of enabling each employee to work in complete safety and thus reducing the risks of workplace accidents and occupational diseases related to physical activities and participating in the improvement of working conditions. The training in hygiene and safety aims to instruct the employee on the precautions to be taken to ensure their own safety, that of their colleagues and, where applicable, that of the service users. The training and the number of trainees, if there is a limitation, must correspond to the regulation in force in the various fields. The framework agreement is concluded in a purchasing group between the City and the CCAS d'Echirolles.
