This tender is for the acquisition of a 4-port 50 GHz (or 67 GHz for the variant) vector network analyzer and its frequency converters as part of the development of a small signal microwave measurement bench in the D-band. This vector network analyzer and its converters must be compatible with an active load-pull bench (also in the D-band) which is the subject of another acquisition as part of the same PEPR NF Platform XG project. The entire system will be integrated on a probe station present at the IMS.
