Lot T2 – Rue Henri Hamelin – Design and construction for a building of approximately 45 senior housing units. As part of the New National Urban Renewal Programme, ALTER – the developer of the Belle-Beille ZAC – is the owner of the former site of the co-working space known as « the 42 » located at 42 rue Henri Hamelin in ANGERS, and will soon proceed with the demolition of this site. ALTER has allocated this site to ALh for a dedicated offer of 45 senior housing units, on Lot T2 of the former « 42 » site. These 45 housing units will be financed with 60% PLAI and 40% PLUS as part of the reconstruction of the demolished offer within the framework of the NPNRU. A dedicated space for activities for the benefit of the senior residents of the neighbourhood will also be programmed on the ground floor of the building. The contracting authority is Angers Loire habitat. To meet the various constraints of this type of operation, it is necessary for ALh to surround itself with a design and construction team.
