Czechia – Computer equipment and supplies – „V 00870 – dodávka vybavení a techniky - nové vyhlášení“

The contracting authority reserves the right to divide the public contract into individual parts. The contract is divided, in accordance with § 35 of the Public Procurement Act, into the following 2 parts: 1) Part 1: Furniture and Equipment Supply 2) Part 2: ICT and Connectivity Supply. Currently, only Part 2 is being tendered as part of the repeated procedure; therefore, in this procedure, a participant may only submit a bid for Part 2. The subject of the performance of this contract is the supply of the performance anticipated within the project, which is supported by the Integrated Regional Operational Programme, Priority of Improving the Quality and Availability of Social and Health Services, Educational Infrastructure and the Development of Cultural Heritage, Call No. 111, project name: Professional and Community Background for Modern Open Education at Jeseník Primary School, project reg. no. CZ.06.04.01/00/22_111/0001723 and also within the project Modernisation of Professional Classrooms B. Němcová, project reg. no. CZ.06.05.01/00/22_048/0007985, also supported by the Integrated Regional Operational Programme. The technical parameters of the required performance are defined with the contracting authority allowing their modification while maintaining the principle that qualitative parameters are set as minimum, dimensional and weight parameters as recommended, unless otherwise specified for a specific parameter, with a tolerance set in the contract so that the performance can be installed at the location designated for this equipment. When supplying interior equipment, the supplier must, in particular, respect the layouts shown in the project documentation drawings and the specifications of the equipment items, from which it also follows that any existing equipment of the contracting authority, its dimensions and the need for its dismantling or placement, are taken into account. The contracting authority expressly states that the dimensions of the individual equipment are considered as recommended, with the possibility of their modification so that all supplied equipment fits into the defined space and its purpose of use is maintained (suppliers may not propose a version that does not meet its purpose in some part). This contract also includes transport, installation and assembly at the location designated by the contracting authority. The selected supplier is responsible for the contract being delivered complete and containing all parts necessary for faultless operation. Only original (non-repaired) components will be used within the performance. The technical specification sets out the basic minimum requirements for function, performance, lifespan, etc. Individual parts of the contract: Part 2: ICT and Connectivity Supply. The detailed technical specification of the subject of the performance for Part 2 is contained in the annex to the contract for Part 2 – technical specification (annex no. 3 of the tender documentation). The supply is required including transport, installation and completion of the individual parts.
