France – Museum services – Prestations de médiation culturelle face public pour le musée des Confluences

This framework agreement concerns the provision of cultural mediation services for the public at the Musée des Confluences. The framework agreement is concluded within the following limits:

- Minimum order amount over the initial duration of the framework agreement (24 months): none

- Maximum order amount over the initial duration of the framework agreement (24 months): 1 200 000 euros excl. VAT

- Minimum order amount per renewal period (12 months): none

- Maximum order amount per renewal period (12 months): 600 000 euros excl. VAT

The present consultation is conducted under the accelerated procedure in accordance with the provisions of Articles L2123-1-3°, R2123-1, R2123-4, R2123-5, R2123-7 of the Public Procurement Code (CCP). The framework agreement concerns the execution of cultural services. The framework agreement with order forms is concluded for an initial period of 24 months, starting from 1 April 2027.
