The subject of the contract is the preparatory conservation of musical scores before digitisation in the project „Polska kultura muzyczna w perspektywie europejskiej – źródła i konteksty”. The contract is divided into six parts: Part 1. Service consisting of preparatory conservation for musical scores for digitisation located in the Biblioteka Raczyńskich in Poznań within the project „Polska Kultura Muzyczna w perspektywie europejskiej: źródła i konteksty”; Part 2. Service consisting of preparatory conservation for musical scores for digitisation located in the Muzeum Zamkowe in Malbork within the project „Polska Kultura Muzyczna w perspektywie europejskiej: źródła i konteksty”; Part 3. Service consisting of preparatory conservation for musical scores for digitisation located in the Archiwum Archidiecezjalne in Gniezno within the project „Polska Kultura Muzyczna w perspektywie europejskiej: źródła i konteksty”; Part 4. Service consisting of preparatory conservation for musical scores for digitisation located in the Biblioteka Diecezjalna im. Biskupa Jana Bernarda Szlagi in Pelplin within the project „Polska Kultura Muzyczna w perspektywie europejskiej: źródła i konteksty”; Part 5. Service consisting of preparatory conservation for musical scores for digitisation located in the Biblioteka Akademii Muzycznej im. Karola Lipińskiego in Wrocław within the project „Polska Kultura Muzyczna w perspektywie europejskiej: źródła i konteksty”; Part 6. Service consisting of preparatory conservation for musical scores for digitisation located in the Ośrodek Dokumentacji Muzyki Polskiej XIX i XX wieku im. I. J. Paderewskiego in Kraków within the project „Polska Kultura Muzyczna w perspektywie europejskiej: źródła i konteksty”. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is contained in Annex 1a to SWZ (Part 1 of the contract), Annex 1b to SWZ (Part 2 of the contract), Annex 1c to SWZ (Part 3 of the contract), Annex 1d to SWZ (Part 4 of the contract), Annex 1e to SWZ (Part 5 of the contract) and Annex 1f to SWZ (Part 6 of the contract) – Subject of the Contract (hereinafter „OPZ”). 3. The contract will be implemented within the project entitled „Polska kultura muzyczna w perspektywie europejskiej – źródła i konteksty”, funded from European funds under the programme Fundusze Europejskie na Rozwój Cyfrowy 2021-2027, grant agreement FERC.02.03-IP.01-0003/25-00.
