The contractor is responsible for carrying out full inspections and maintenance rounds every two years, with minor repairs and adjustments included as standard within the maintenance round. Any major repair work will be reported separately and carried out after approval by the contracting authority. The contractor will draw up a multi-year maintenance plan, including the expected costs for the contracting authority. See paragraph 2.1.4 Scope of the contract in the tender documentation.
