Czechia – Construction work – Rekonstrukce vojenské ubytovny a ošetřovny na bytové domy – Blok A14 Vyšný (VZCK 071/2026)

The subject of the public contract performance is the implementation of the construction action "Reconstruction of military accommodation and infirmary into residential buildings – Block A14 Vyšný" based on which the existing buildings of the former military accommodation and infirmary will be reconstructed to build two residential buildings "A" and "D" and the associated public infrastructure, whereby in relation to building "A" the construction work will also be carried out for the benefit of another contractor, Blanský les, housing cooperative, which is a contractual partner of the contracting authority within the framework of the partnership agreement and will be a co-owner of the building right in the future, of which building "A" will be a part.
