Switzerland – Engineering services – Ingenieurleistungen Projekt Heubach-Hochwasserentlastung inkl. Infrastruktur (Kanalisation, Bushaltestelle, Integration Fernwärme, Strassenbau)

The civil engineering services (civil engineering) for the design and implementation of the overall project «Heubach flood relief including infrastructure» from the SIA phase 31 (preliminary project) to the SIA phase 53 (commissioning, completion) are to be procured. The contract includes the service areas of overall management, specialist planning and construction management (general and technical). The overall project consists of five spatially and temporally closely interlinked sub-projects. These include the relocation and enlargement of the Mühlbach culvert including adaptation of the inlet structure and new construction of a drop structure, the new construction of an overflow structure for the flood relief of the mixed wastewater collection canal, the barrier-free expansion of the Heubach bus stop, the integration of the planned district heating pipeline as well as the renewal of the road surface and the foundation layers. The sub-projects are to be coordinated technically, spatially and temporally and combined into a coordinated overall project. The design and implementation of the overall project must be coordinated with the schedule of the overarching district heating expansion in the area. Special requirements also exist in the hydraulic design of the special structures, including the investigation of the overall system by means of CFD simulations, as well as in the spatial coordination of the existing and planned utilities under tight space conditions. The specialist planning and construction management of the district heating systems are not part of the contract.
