Construction of a new fire and rescue station - Metal work II - Windows and Doors - Design, manufacture, supply and installation of window and external door elements as well as a facade system as a post-and-beam construction made of high thermal insulation aluminium profiles, in connection with the creation of a storey-by-storey, stepped-down new building structure to the north, up to four storeys high, in solid construction and in the form of a block perimeter development, which develops along the course of the property boundaries around a central courtyard. The new building will be used as a municipal fire and rescue station. - Total site area 8,700 m². - Total gross floor area approx. 16,462 m². - Total gross volume approx. 94,900 m³. - Gross floor area basement (car park) approx. 6,207 m². - Gross floor area ground floor approx. 4,117 m². - Gross floor area 1st floor approx. 1,989 m². - Gross floor area 2nd floor approx. 2,801 m². - Gross floor area 3rd floor approx. 1,347 m².
