Poland – Repair and maintenance services of military electronic systems – Usługa napraw awaryjnych radarów rozpoznania pola walki RRPW PGSR-3i-BEAGLE W LATACH 2026-2028

The subject of the contract is the emergency repair service for the battlefield reconnaissance radar RRPW PGSR-3i-BEGLE in the years 2026-2028. 2. The requirements and detailed description of the subject of the contract are specified in Annex No. 1 to the Specification of Contract Terms, which the Contracting Authority will provide to the Invited Contractors who meet the conditions specified in the notice. 3. The Contracting Authority does not allow the submission of partial offers. 4. The Contracting Authority requires that the contract be completed by 30.11.2028. Detailed information regarding the implementation deadline will be specified in the Specification of Contract Terms, which the Contracting Authority will provide to the Invited Contractors who meet the conditions specified in the notice. 5. The Contracting Authority will cancel the procedure if: 1) an appropriate reason arises from Article 255 or Article 256 or Article 257 of the Pzp Act; 2) based on Article 418(1)(2) of the Pzp Act, in the event of a significant change in the circumstances of the contract implementation, understood as a change in the assumptions of the policy of the Government of the Republic of Poland, regarding the defence and security of the state or a change related to the financing of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Poland, resulting in a reduction of financial resources for the implementation of the subject of the contract, which could not have been foreseen at the time of the commencement of the procedure. 6. Requirement of employment under an employment contract pursuant to Article 95(1) and (2) of the Public Procurement Law (applies to services and construction works). The Contractor is not required to employ persons under an employment contract.
