The subject of the VgV procedure is the award of specialist planning services for the renovation of an existing flood protection dyke by means of internal sealing. The services include the design and structural engineering according to HOAI, including on-site construction supervision until completion of the construction measure. The subject of the VgV procedure includes the following services:

- Engineering Structures, Lph – 1, 3, 5, 6 and 7

- Structural Design

- On-site Construction Supervision

The services are advertised in one lot and awarded in full to one contractor. A division among several companies is not planned. If subcontractors are planned, their services may comprise a maximum of 20% of the total contract value. A comprehensive description of the tasks is included in the tender documents.
