The subject of the contract is the procurement of 240 tonnes of canned meat products made from pork (hereinafter "HR" or "canned meat products") and their preservation. The HR will be part of the state's strategic reserves and will be the property of the Czech Republic. The Administration of State Material Reserves, as the contracting authority, ensures, in accordance with Act No. 97/1993 Coll., on the competence of the Administration of State Material Reserves, as amended, the defence capability and defence of the state, the mitigation of the consequences of crisis situations and the protection of the state's vital economic interests. The subject of the contract is divided, in accordance with Section 35 of the Act, into 3 (three) separate parts, namely: Part 1. Contract: Supply, preservation and exchange of 80 tonnes of canned meat products. Part 2. Contract: Supply, preservation and exchange of 80 tonnes of canned meat products. Part 3. Contract: Supply, preservation and exchange of 80 tonnes of canned meat products.
