Netherlands – Market research services – Ondersteuning Startup in Residence Intergov t.b.v. het ministerie van Justitie en Veiligheid

There is an increasing awareness that genuine innovative power lies outside the government and that real collaboration (so-called co-creation) between the government and market parties can accelerate innovation within the government. Directorate X has the task of giving this collaboration shape and substance. We have been doing this for several years with much success in a low-threshold, short-cycle and concrete manner through the innovation programme Startup In Residence (SiR) Intergov (intergov.nl). Around these challenge trajectories, there is regularly a need for supporting services in the form of, among other things, demand articulation, market research and scouting of market parties and (small-scale) event organisation. In addition, the service provider acts as a sounding board and point of contact in the field of innovation expertise and innovative procurement. The aim of this tender is to conclude an agreement for the described and specified service provision with one Contractor 400,000.00
