Germany – Repair and maintenance services of machinery – Überholung der Gasturbinenanlage GT10 im BHKW Köpenick

The BEW Berliner Energie und Wärme GmbH (BEW) intends to overhaul the gas turbine unit GT10 at the CHP plant Köpenick. The existing turbine set from the manufacturer Solar Turbines, Type Taurus 60, consisting of the components drive machine/gas turbine and connected gearbox, is to be overhauled. The overhaul will take place as part of a planned revision according to the manufacturer's specifications. The existing components can be removed and, after a factory revision, reinstalled as found, or revised replacement units can be used. The time window for this is outside the heating period, from 01 April to 30 September 2027. After that, the plant must be fully available. The following services are to be tendered: · Overhaul of gas turbine and gearbox (alternatively, the supply of the revised components) · Transport of the removed components for further processing by the contractor · If necessary, the assessment of the components in a test field · FAT to test the guaranteed properties of the revised components in a test field · All necessary dismantling work · All necessary assembly work · Provision of all necessary tools and aids · Commissioning · Comprehensive documentation. A repair concept must be submitted with the offer.
