Switzerland – Systems consultancy services – CAIB_Accompagnement dans le cadrage, l’acquisition et le déploiement d’un système d’information Achats

The present contract concerns the support of the CAIB by a consultancy firm in the framing, acquisition and deployment of a common Purchasing Information System (Purchasing IS) for the institutions in its network. It is awarded to a single contractor. The services are organised into three phases, described in the technical specifications (CCT): * Phase 1: Framing and specifications: firm commitment, paid at a lump sum. It ends when the specifications of the Purchasing IS solution have been validated in writing by all decision-making entities, in technical specifications format and in SIMAP format; * Phase 2: Support for the acquisition procedure of the solution: option, paid at a daily rate, activatable after the closure of phase 1; * Phase 3: Support for deployment: option, paid at a daily rate, activatable after the end of phase 2. The contracting authority makes no commitment regarding the activation of the options or the volume of days ordered. The volumes mentioned in section 2.9 are used solely for comparing offers.
