Germany – Construction work for pipelines, communication and power lines, for highways, roads, airfields and railways; flatwork – Tief- und Rohrbauleistungen für den Bau von Netzanschlussleitungen

The subject of this tender is services for pipe and civil engineering as well as for the trade of non-destructive material testing for the new construction of three steel gas pipelines of different diameters and lengths, which are listed below: 1. Connecting pipeline FGL 307.05 from the EUGAL west of Lauchhammer to the gas pressure regulating measuring system Lauchhammer II with the nominal width DN 800, the pressure stage DP 100 and a length of approx. 1,100 m. 2. Connecting pipeline from the existing FGL 301 at the network node Lauchhammer to the gas pressure regulating measuring system Lauchhammer II with the nominal width DN 400, the pressure stage DP 84 and a length of approx. 320 m. 3. Connecting pipeline from the existing FGL 215 at the network node Lauchhammer to the gas pressure regulating measuring system Lauchhammer II, which consists of two sections: a. Section 1: Nominal width DN 800, pressure stage DP 84 with a length of approx. 342 m from the gas pressure regulating measuring system Lauchhammer II up to and including a branch valve group. b. Section 2: Nominal width DN 500, pressure stage DP 84 from the branch of the branch valve group to the existing FGL 215 at the network node Lauchhammer with a length of approx. 80 m. In the course of the project, the following plant components are to be erected: 1. FGL 307.05: Line valve group DN 800. 2. Connecting pipeline FGL 215: Line valve group DN 800, pig trap DN 800, branch valve group DN 800 with branch DN 500. 2. Connecting pipeline FGL 301: Valve DN 400 with bypass and ball chamber lining DN 50. Parallel to the three connecting pipelines, a cable protection pipe system consisting of two cable protection pipes d50 PEHD is to be laid. The implementation of the project is to take place in the period March - November 2027, with preparatory measures, such as the felling of shrubs, already starting in January 2027. An application has been submitted to the LBGR Cottbus for the acquisition of the building permit in accordance with Section 43 EnWG for the conduct of a plan approval procedure. ONTRAS expects the plan approval decision by December 2026. In the event of later approval by the authority, the construction period will shift accordingly, with completion of the construction project being currently expected by the end of 2028 at the latest. This circumstance is to be taken into account in the submission of the offer.
