Within the framework of the meter upgrade offensive (ZNO) - competitive metering point operation (wMSB), the BLB NRW intends, as a sub-project, to re-organise and transfer the metering point operation for all electricity and gas meters in its property portfolio to a wMSB. The aim is to achieve a uniform, legally compliant and future-proof metering point operation across all seven branches (Dortmund, Bielefeld, Münster, Düsseldorf, Duisburg, Köln, Aachen) of the BLB NRW.
