The subject of the procurement procedure is the conclusion of a framework agreement for the supply of vehicles with fuel and operating materials, charging current, operating supplies, tolls, and vehicle-related services by means of fuel cards in the domestic market and in the European foreign market. Vehicle-related services include support services such as, for example, the replacement of light sources, the execution of minor and emergency repairs or vehicle washes. In addition, payment for workshop services in manufacturer workshops in the European foreign market is required. The majority of the contracting authority's vehicles are to be equipped with vehicle-related fuel cards. In addition, vehicle-independent fuel cards are also the subject of the service. These are used, for example, for externally rented vehicles. The data for all fueling and charging processes must be made available via a dashboard to be provided by the contractor.
