The specific purchases will be carried out by the purchasing organisation and the purchasing organisations controlled by the Vilnius City Municipal Council. The purchasing organisation and the purchasing organisations controlled by the Vilnius City Municipal Council will conclude the procurement contract with the winners on the basis of the specific purchases.
