Belgium – Utility vehicles – Raamovereenkomst voor de operationele leasing van personenwagens met inbegrip van ondersteunende diensten

The UZ Gent wishes to conclude a framework agreement for operational leasing contracts for company cars, which, in addition to the delivery of the vehicle, also include maintenance and repairs, tyres, insurance, fuel, replacement vehicle, breakdown assistance, etc., as well as fleet management with support for invoicing, reporting and service provision to the end user. The provision of a charging card, charging station and/or smart cable in the leasing contracts (whether or not combined with each other) is also part of the contract.
