The Contracting Authority will introduce a DNS, which is a fully electronic, open system for the award of public contracts, the subject of which is the procurement of ordinary, generally available goods. The Contracting Authority will introduce the DNS in accordance with § 138 ZZVZ, and will proceed in accordance with the rules for restricted procedure according to § 58 ZZVZ. The Contracting Authority will send an Invitation to Tender for specific tasks to all suppliers included in the DNS. Each public contract awarded under the DNS will be specified in terms of scope and conditions in the Invitation to Tender according to § 141 ZZVZ. The subject of the public contract awarded through the DNS is the supply of computer equipment (i.e. desktop computers, monitors, 2-in-1 PCs, notebooks, tablets and CD/DVD drives), accessories for computers and notebooks (i.e. mouse, keyboard, bags) and basic software equipment (operating system as part of the supplied computer equipment)...
