Slovakia – Security services – KOMPLEXNÁ SLUŽBA ZABEZPEČENIA OCHRANY MAJETKU ŽELEZNIČNEJ SPOLOČNOSTI SLOVENSKO, a.s. (ZSSK)

The subject of the contract is the construction of technical infrastructure for the protection of the contracting authority's property and the provision of a comprehensive security service for the protection of the contracting authority's property and its monitoring, namely physical protection and technical means in the contracting authority's facilities, in the following scope:

• Provision of security services according to § 3 letters a), b), g), h), i) of Act No. 473/2005 Z.z. on the provision of services in the field of private security and amending and supplementing certain laws as amended by later regulations (hereinafter also as the "Private Security Act") in the scope of property protection, ensuring order, operating security systems, drawing up a protection and monitoring plan,

• Provision of technical services according to § 7 para. 1 of the Private Security Act in the scope of design, installation, maintenance, inspection and repair of security systems or alarm systems and systems and devices enabling the monitoring of movement and behavior of a person in a protected facility, at a protected location or in their vicinity and the performance of engineering activities.
