The Verbandsgemeinde Alzey-Land is the managing authority of the primary school in Mauchenheim. The primary school is to be renovated. As part of this renovation, the school is to be extended by an additional building. The locksmithing works, including emergency staircases, are now being tendered. In the positions where a material- or product-neutral description is not practicable due to technical, static, building physics or other aspects, the materials or products have been named. In these positions, however, equivalent materials/products may also be offered. These must be specified by the bidder in a list according to the bill of quantities. These essentially comprise the following works: 2x steel emergency staircases approx. 25m staircase railing approx. 60m handrail general locksmithing works.
