Finland – Repair, maintenance and associated services related to railways and other equipment – Tka7 ratakuorma-autojen täyskorjaukset

Helsinki City Transport HKL (with assistance from Pääkaupunkiseudun kaupunkiliikenne Oy for the implementation of the procurement) is procuring the full repair of Tka7 rail trucks as a service. The full repair to be procured concerns one (1) Tka7 rail truck. Additionally, as an option, the full repair is procured for three (3) similar Tka7 rail trucks, with a decision on redeeming each of the three optionally procured repairs to be made separately. The condition of the rail trucks is mainly original, with the exception of some minor modifications. The rail trucks were manufactured at VR's machine shop in the years 1980-87. As an option, the installation of a pump for lubrication in the slow-speed operation of the axle drive unit is procured for the rail trucks. After the full repairs, all four rail trucks must be as uniform as possible for the users, i.e., the switches and control devices must be in the same places if the three optionally procured full repairs are ordered. The full repairs are ordered and carried out one vehicle at a time. Pääkaupunkiseudun kaupunkiliikenne Oy represents Helsinki City Transport in matters related to the performance of services according to the agreement.
