The subject of the contract is the Delivery of laboratory equipment for the Institute of Agrophysics of the Polish Academy of Sciences in Lublin – 3 parts

The scope of the contract includes the delivery to the Contracting Authority of laboratory equipment consisting of:

Part 1: Delivery of a ball mill homogenizer for sample grinding - 1 unit

Part 2: Delivery of an orbital shaker with incubation and accessories - 1 unit

Part 3: Delivery of a stereomicroscope, trinocular - 1 unit

The Contracting Authority requires a minimum 12-month warranty period for all parts of the contract to be offered. Bids with a shorter warranty period than specified above will be rejected.

Note! The warranty period is an evaluation criterion for each part of the bid in accordance with Section XVIII of the Contract Notice.

3. The name of the contract as stated in the contract title is not the trademark of the manufacturers/distributors of the products, but is merely an auxiliary designation used by the Contracting Authority.

4. A detailed description of the subject of the contract in relation to each part of the contract is contained in Annexes 1.1 – 1.3 to the Contract Notice.
