This procedure aims to select a supplier, by lot, with whom a Framework Agreement will be concluded, under which the Beneficiary Contracting Authorities (hereinafter PAB), listed below, will be able to place Orders in accordance with the procedure defined in the Contractual Clauses and the unit prices set out in the Offer. The Framework Agreement is awarded and concluded with the ACAH, Contracting Authority acting as a purchasing body. It concerns the supply of dynamic mattresses for the benefit of the PAB.
